A Mission of Giving
Time
Over the past 95 years, our association and our members have invested thousands of man-hours of volunteer time in hundreds of local and national causes.
Money
We have donated more than $13 million dollars to various charities.
Talent
With our members, we share our talent and resources to bring attention to the needs of our communities. United in purpose, we organize and promote multiple events.
WHO WE SERVE
At the heart of our Foundation are the children, the students, and the families within the communities we serve. They are at the core of our giving efforts.
OUR SUCCESS
Over the past decade, thousands of students have benefited from our support.
- ASE Student Career Development Program
- ASE Instructor Training
- Top Tech: Automotive Tech Competition at the Central Florida International Auto Show.
- Orange Technical College Automotive program
- Automotive Technology Training Center at Seminole State College that the association helped build and continues to fund
- Osceola Technical College Automotive Program
With our help, students with a passion for cars or those who recently discovered their love of cars can pursue a career bustling with opportunities.
Students say that their favorite parts of the program is the ability to get hands-on experience, hone their technological skills, and set free their creativity to service and repair the smartest, safest vehicles on our roads.
“Thank you for choosing to pay tribute to Mrs. Ann Nahas with your gift to Northern Illinois University. Supporting NIU students is a wonderful way to ensure that Mrs. Nahas’ individual contributions and values will live on through future generations. Your commitment will impact not only our students but the communities in which they continue to serve. Please know that we appreciate your generosity which will allow NIU to continue its tradition of providing access to high-quality, life-changing educational opportunities. On behalf of the Northern Illinois University community, I thank you.”
