When Jeremy Reardon was hired as the service adviser at Westside Lexus in Houston about 11 years ago, he soon realized he had to do more than simply repair luxury vehicles. Reardon, who joined the Lexus dealership after working for Honda for 14 years and was soon promoted to service production manager at Westside, needed a robust number of technicians to staff the service department's 112 service bays.
